The center is feeding the homeless and financially unstable citizens, as well provides clothes, blankets and other resources allowing them to survive. He volunteered at Boys and Girls Club, serving thanksgiving dinner every year. For several years, Alec has also been a part of Life Teen, a Christian youth program helping young people prepare for adult life.
In the future Alec plans to become a Foreign Service Officer. His desire is to fix social and economic issues faced by the society. He wants all countries to have governments that allow people to live up to their full potential. He would like to protect and empower women. He wants peace and sustainability for all. For all these reasons, he joined the Global Network for Sustainable Development, and agreed to work as an intern on its Executive Team, hoping also to learn how to develop local and global partnerships for peaceful world.
As a hobby, Alec writes poetry addressing various global issues.
