Dhiraj was born in Nepal, in the place called “Sindhuli”, which is known as the capital of orange fruits, and where the King of Nepal used to leave in ancient times. He has one older sister. His father is a politician and a businessman, and his mother is a housewife. Dhiraj passed with grade “A” his secondary level education at the Siddhasthali English Boarding School in Sindhuli. Now he is taking 3 years long Forestry Program at the Silame Forestry College.
He has visited various tourism places in India and Nepal. Unfortunately, he had no opportunity to visit other countries, but as he loves traveling he believes it will happen one day. He used to play football as a goal keeper, and he was recognized as the best player in his school.
Making plans for his life initially he wanted to become a doctor, later he was thinking about becoming a football player. With time one of his hobbies became his passion, and he decided to be a ranger, as he wants to preserve forests of Nepal. He is interested in the role social work can play in protection of environment. This was why he joined the Global Network for Sustainable Development, and became a District Coordinator for Sindhuli.
