Osee R. Lieberman, MBA
Osee has a multicultural background and is fluent in eleven (11) languages. Osee earned his Bachelor of Science in Management and Accounting, his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Ottawa University, and his Master of Arts in International Relations, Conflict Resolution and Peacekeeping from the American Military University. A strong proponent of ongoing education, Osee is currently working toward a Doctorate Degree in Political Science and is completing a Graduate Certificate in Counter-Intelligence. He also holds a wide range of professional certificates in varied fields, such as Community Transformation, Community Psychology/Social Behaviors, Peace-building, Project Management, Geopolitics, International Law; Also, including specialization in Diplomacy for International Development, U.S. Foreign Policy, U.S. Government Affairs, and Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) ... Most recently, Osee studied Cultural Diplomacy and Model United Nations at the Institute of Cultural Diplomacy.
Throughout his professional career, Osee has taken a leadership role in the administration and coordination of multiple projects and with his teams, they researched and developed projects; Then, secured grants and managed all programs in compliance with local, state and or federal regulations in force. In addition, Osee has successfully implemented several community outreach efforts and new business development strategies that drove growth among both local NGOs, SMEs in the U.S. and those from developing nations (Africa & Asia). In support of a U.S. Foreign Policy legislation that supports or strengthen international development and global security, Osee has engaged in qualitative and quantitative research on effective U.S. Foreign Aid. He articulated resulted geopolitics findings and impacts during official advocacy sessions with bipartisan lawmakers at the U.S. Congress. Osee is currently working at the Bureau of Consular Affairs with the U.S. Department of State.
