Swapnil Rathod completed his basic education at Sathaye College in Mumbai. He was a student at Nashik Open University in Mumbai, and graduated with the BSc in Hospitality Studies Degree on December 2016. He started to work at the age of 17 at one of the leading coffee shop chain in India. Since then he worked in various hotels in Mumbai, like The Taj Mahal Palace, J. W. Marriott, The Oberoi Hotel, etc. For three years, he worked as a Tour Manager and Guide for a tour and travels company. Now he owns in Mumbai a travel agency named Namaste Indian Travels which caters to the travel needs of people wanting to visit India and Nepal. He is also on the Team organizing Wellness Retreats in Rupakot, Nepal.  Along with that he has also worked with a few private companies catering the customer service. During his work in hotel industry and tourism Swapnil had an opportunity to interact with people from different cultures and representing numerous professions. This experience allowed him to develop exceptional communication skills and learn how to relate to people with diversified backgrounds. He will utilize these skills helping GNSD as a Regional Coordinator for Mumbai to build the network of followers in Maharashtra, India, and globally.
